I did it in a 91 F150. What engine is in the F250? What year is the manual you want to put in it?

In the F250: Engine, current auto model, and 2wd or 4wd?
Donor: Engine, 2wd or 4wd, and M5OD or ZF?

Personally I wouldn't do this swap. Sure a stick may be nice but changing out a clutch isn't that much fun. Not to mention the parts you need to do this . Depending on the year of truck Transmission may not work with the computer in the truck. Drive shaft will be different for sure. I have done this in a older truck and I went with a transmission out of a car that had a separate shifter. It was a pain to get it all in but I made it happen. The gear ratio in the rear end is for a automatic which would be way different than if your truck came with a stick from the factory. Many things to consider when doing a swap like this.
