Trailer battery wiring

Anyone know if there is a sticky here on the forum for the trailer battery charging system diagram or where to find it on the net. I've identified the fuse in the panel under the hood but for the life of me can't find the wires at the back of the truck. I am wanting to wire my cab over campers battery up so it will charge while driving. It's a really old camper but in good shape. Currently only has a gas stove and light.
I will be wiring the whole thing which will include shore power and solar options, I do a lot of back country, off grid, type camping when photographing.

Thank you for any insights offered.

And what year and model is your truck?

Guess that might be helpful. The truck is a 1997 F250HD 2WD 7.3l Turbo Diesel.

Looks like you are only prewired for a 4 pin. I don't think that's going to have an always-hot wire.

I'll have to find the wiring schematic for that system on the truck to figure out where someone has terminated the wiring. I'm assuming that there's wiring for it if there is a fuse. Also, There is a 6 or 7 pin connector at the bumper but only the wiring for the lights are wired in. I'm using a four pin adapter right now to make the connection to the cab over.

Just follow the wires that are on the 7 pin back, you may find a connector not too far from the bumper.

I'll look again. I had replaced the connector shortly after buying the truck, that is when I figured out that the wiring to the plug didn't include the battery charge wire or the trailer brake wiring. Everything I see under the truck around the bumper and spare tire area look like factory style harnesses.

On a side note. I usually consider myself fairly auto savvy. I have built my own lift kits, done engine swaps and rebuilds, rebuild my own transmissions, etc...
I hate wiring though.
