and yes they do.It has been one of the most popular CB's on the market for several years.I'm not sure of what galaxy your referring to but most of them have upper and lower bands.

Thanks Skatebowd. I was thinking(that can be a dangerous thing) and it came to mind for those planning on buying a CB. Don't go to these fly-by night CB shops that set-up near truck stops unless they have been there a while and are well established. I was on the road with a friend and he bought a new unit at a truck stop we where at in NC or SC and he didn't hook it up till we got to the delivery. It wouldn't work. He opened it up, out of the box mind you, and it was just junk inside. We went back by on the way back and they were gone. Ronnie lost about $400 that day.

1993 F150 XLT, 5.8 with E40D, Tow and Handling Package. Fully loaded from factory as truck was special order. Mods: Extang Snap on bed cover. 2" drop in rear, Six Liter Tuneup, NOS 66-72 Ford Air Foil Antenna, Planet Auto Red Ford Oval (grille). Diamond Clear Headlight Package, Bumper Guards, F350 Brake Conversion, Slotted/Drilled Front Rotors, 3 row alum radiator with Mk VIII elec fan. and much more to come!

I would agree with you. There are plenty of jack leg CB tech wanna Be's out there.here is a good online CB site to use for all your CB interests or inquiries.
