By Zach Gale @ Truck Trend

The 2011 Ford Explorer and the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition television show will come together this Sunday at 7 p.m. EDT.

The show's subject, Trisha Urban, will have her home transformed and benefit from a new 2011 Ford Explorer in her work as a hospice nurse and fundraiser for the American Heart Association.

Immediately after the show, viewers who have questions about the highly anticipated 2011 Explorer can log onto http://www.facebook.com/FordExplorer where designer Paige Hemmis and marketing manager Amy Marentic will answer questions.

Ford is delighted to participate in this kind of initiative," a release states, "showcasing both a great product and people like Urban and the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition crew to make a better world."
