Default Picture and Photo Editors

FREE Picture and Photo Editors.

The Online Photo Editors support most common browser such as Google Chrome, Goggle, Yahoo, Opera, Mozilla, FireFox, Maxthon, Dragon and Avant. MAC and Apple browsers are also supported, just check the download description to make sure it is for your system. The Offline editors can be used straight from within the software. The Combination Editors can be used Online and Offline.

All of these editors below are tested safe. All work with Win7 and Win XP. Some also work with Vista (these will be identified either before install or in the description before downloading). Editors designed for MAC and Apple are also fully tested and safe with those systems. All of these editors work with 32 bit and or 64 bit computers.

Some may require you to turn off your anti-virus protection to ensure complete and correct installation. FEAR NOT! When you download the software ensure your anti-virus is fully operational and the download is completely scanned by your anti-virus software. This should be more than enough to protect your system.

You should never stop or disable your anti-virus to download anything and at any time when on the internet!

If the software does not mention the requirement to disable or stop your anti-virus protection prior to installation than it may not be required. In that case, you could leave your anti-virus fully operational during the installation process. It is always a good idea to disconnect your network cable from your computer before disabling your anti-virus programs.

If you have a problem with any of these please let me know by sending me a message through FTC's Private Messages. I will help you, as best I can, to resolve any issues.

What's an AC Cobra?

Lots of info up front I know. Most all of it is for those new to the site or new to downloading 'Free Software' safely.

Feel Free to Chop it UP!

Fixed a broken BB code in your post. I use Paint.net, it's fairly nice, can be modded, but takes a while to learn to use it, I remember it took me a week just to figure out how to make writing stay in the pic..

Thanks Blue!

Russo - Paint been around a long time. Stable and Windows supported.

I'm gonna fart around with three of them;

Faststone - http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm

FastStone Image Resizer - http://www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm

Fotosizer - http://www.fotosizer.com/ When I went to this site they advertised FORD! Who woulda thunk it... Besides it's free for both commercial and personal use. (funny how Thunk is a recognized word in spell check...)

Microsoft has a "Powertoy" for Windows XP that is a pic Resizer, all you have to do after you download it is right click on the pic, select resize pic, a window will pop up, ask you what size and you select it.

Link:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...ads/windows-xp

Select "Powertoys" Tab and then you want "Image Resizer", it's what I use to resize my pics to upload them here.

There is also one that is personally made for Windows 7 that I use, I can't remember it off hand but it works exactly like this one. I'll find the link and post it here.
