Default Bypassing the air pump diverter valve and other smog devices

1994 F-150 5.0L with automatic and 4x4 Supercharged w/ 1.7 rollers and aftermarket throttle body by BBK. Shorty headers and 3' exhaust.

I've moved from California to Idaho.

Currently in my county there are no annual or bi-annual smog check requirements. I'd like to eliminate unnecessary smog controls or bypass them as smog laws could always be implemented. Hopefully w/o throwing codes. Especially the smog pump. The EGR if folks think it'll help performance. I'm mostly interested in making the truck as reliable as possible. The biggest issue over the years has been the IAC which other than cleaning or replacing has to stay. Any thoughts or experience would be appreciated.
