Default 72' F250 2WD Power steering, 8 lug rims

Hello,

my 390cid F250 is without Power steering.
I'm now searching for a complete Power steering System, including pump with reservoir and brackets, 2-groove crankshaft pulley, steering gear.
Are there any other parts I need for this conversion?
Steering column, pitman arm and tie-rods?

I'm looking also for 8 lug wheels for this truck. In Germany 8-lug rims/wheels are very rare.
Most of the offered rims fitt's on chevys.
My car have a 8 x 6,5" pattern with 4,9" center, drum-brakes front & rear.
Fitt's chevy or dodge rims, with 8 x 6,5" pattern, maybe in 15"
diameter?
Actually i have 2-piece rims with "tractor"-tyres. This combination is not driveable on "German-Autobahn"... :-)

Thanks...
