Default Lighting issue

2006 F-250SD, 6.0 diesel - This evening, several sets of lights went off. Headlights work, but parking lights do not illuminate at all. Fog lights do not light, either. Instrument panel illumination is out, but the dimmer switch turns on ceiling lights. I have looked at every single fuse, but cannot find a single blown fuse.
I'm thinking that it is the switch, but am more than willing to listen to any other suggestions. Thanks.

I have seen funky stuff like that happen too, one truck i had done some work to the windows wouldnt go up or down and the locks didnt work. After further investigation I found that the relays in the GEM moduale had burned up which also caused the fuse pannel itself to short out internally. Now im not saying thats what it is but thats what i experienced with weird thing. I'd go and see if there is and DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) for it.
