Default Paint Question

This isnt gonna happen soon, but Im looking at buying a truck. Then only thing the truck needs is a paint job, no really bad but someone painted racing stripes on it and they didnt do such a great job... haha

anyways how much paint do you think it would take to paint a regular cab shortbed truck? I know it wouldnt be much just kinda want to get an idea. I have a friend that will paint it if i buy the paint and help him out (older guy)

If you are going with base/clear I would say 2 qts base and the same of clear. If you are going with single stage I would say a gallon and all it's additives.
