i would definitly consider the SAS with a 78/79 dana 44, i just completed this swap on my 95 f150 and using 78 6" lift coils with 78 upper coil buckets i netted about a 7" lift, i am running 35's for now but could definitly go bigger. it is my daily driver as well and so far with about 500 miles on the swap i havent had a single problem. if you have any questions feel free to pm me.
