Default Brighter headlights.

Can this harness be made to have brighter headlights?

Yes, but if you got the external fuse box like I have and wire in the relays you won't need to pay $69 for that harness, the relays will make it brighter.

I have a feeling I will need the external fuse box.

Thats basically what Blue is doing in his 3G swap thread, but in a box that has the fuse for the 3G on the side.
