Default Transfer Case (205) Shifting Linkage

I have a 1977 F250.... About 3 years ago the 203 failed, so I installed a 205 divorced transfer case. Works great, love it! However, I have not been able to find the correct shifting linkage for it. I need the shifting lever and rod that runs to the transfer case. I was only able to find the bracket which connects the two levers on the case itself. Would love to find these parts if anyone has a lead or source for me.
