Default 1987 e-150 5.0L will turn over but not fire

am perplexed, Installed NEW FPR, Dist Cap and Rotor, new plugs, new IAC, TPS and Coil...cranks but will not fire..test light shows coil getting power from battery.
Anyone have suggestions?

Is it getting spark at the plugs? If not, I'd look at the ignition control module and/or the pickup coil in the distributor. Neither one is particularly expensive.
