Whats the best one to buy? What should I look out for? Are they easy to install or should it be professionaly done?

Go to bulldogsecurity.com they have an easy install plug also.

I didnt see a harness for our trucks, am I missing something?

Part number FD-2 correct?

Ours is FD-1....Look under wire diagrams for our trucks and you will see it there under T-Harness.
