Arrow 1995 f150 302 5.0 Pull, Clean, Repaint and Upgrade.

Hey guys, this is where I will be posting update pics on my engine pull, cleaning, repainting and parts upgrade. These are a few performance upgrades, nothing insane.

'95 F150 XLT, reg cab long bed, swapped 351w,
4.56 gears, 4-link SAS, 14" coil overs.

SAS Thread!!!

'04 F250 Lariat, crew cab short bed 4x4 6.0L PSD, 3.73 gears, straight piped,
sinister coolant filter, welded egr, CAT EC-1 coolant, blue spring.
60 gallon fuel tank/tool box, SCT X4 w/IDP custom tunes, SOON TO BE STUDDED!!

your driving enviroment sure takes its toll on the metal

what type of oil have you been useing ??

with that one piston cleaned, seems your not going to do any further disassembly
that block needs to be dipped, I don't like the looks of that valley pan

UPDATE 2.

Joey, that was just oil that built up over that last 15 years. As far as oil I use regular mobil motor oil, 10w30. I think I may switch to synthetic after this project is completed.

Looks good! Gotta love a sand blaster and a parts washer! We have a heted parts washer at work for transmissions and rears.......leave something too long and its gone!

Not sure about the red myself either. Not mine so none of my business!

Lowriders are for guys who can't get it up!
