Default emergency brake

Just picked up a 2000 F250 V10. The emergency brake works, but I need to tighten it up. Where is the adj for this? Back behind the rear wheel?
Thanks. I'm posting a few other threads, eg..passenger window doesn't go down all the time. Look up my name for other threads, maybe u can help me.
