Default Engine and truck harness differences?

Hoping somewhere here can get me a good straight answer.
Wanting to put a 95 engine in a 90 truck. Using the 95 engine harness and a 90 truck harness. Are the engine to trucks bulkhead connectors the same? At least the same size and shape?

the IAT will be in different spots, and the EGR may be slightly different as well. Depending on either truck, there might be a power steering sensor as well, but they don't really do much any ways so I wouldn't really worry about that one. This going to be on a 351 or 302? Both harness's for the same motor?

351. Going to pick up a zf5 friday
I will be deleting all of the emissions and a/c. Smog tab tad blah blah blah. Stripping out the harness down to what it needed for basic engine running and that's it. It's come to my attention though that a MAF 351 was only available in the light duty truck, EEC-V, auto trans. So no matter what I will have some changing to do for either making a five speed engine harness MAF or deleting the auto part of the harness and getting tunes or a 5 speed EECV.
I will start warming the soldering iron now.

Reason for all of this though is so I can start with an already roller engine with a 3g alt and hopefully MAF.
