Default 2003 expedition door ajar alert

well we have a 2003 expedition that the door ajar alert keeps going off an on for no reason, that we can find anyway lol.
the doors an lift-gate are all closed tight. the alert will sound an the interior light will come on, may stay on for 5 seconds then go out.
its nothing consistent. ya never know when its gonna hit. driving down the road or sitting still in a parking lot. its buggin the crap out me an im yet to find a reason. i guess if what i read is true its gotta be the hing switch these models don't have the old style pin switch. iv read to soak/spray the hinges with wd-40 and it will fix it but for how long no one knows. I'm not one to scab over something I'm a fix it an be done with the problem kinda person.
so anyone got any info to share on this problem ?

Hot rod F150 4x4 hauling chickens. youtube vid after the cam. iv added a couple with everything cleaned up. cam vid visit my website.

I would definately start with some WD. Dont unbolt anything, just hit the areas in place. Do that a few times in a day and see what happens.

WD 40 is great stuff....it's like liquid duct tape, it can fix a lot of problems LOL
