I think I'm going to get the 435/205 combo cuz I found a 91 302 complete with 89,000 on it, $400 for that. Total of $650 to have main components sounds fair to me

yes usually it does sound fair, but I haven't found a 435 by its self yet around here. Usually I wont say no to free parts, I'm just not sure what I'd do with white sleepers if I do get the one from the local guy attached to the 435.

This same guy did have a T19... Is that the top loader? that would only have a 4:1 first gear? But I forgot it was 2wd.

T19 is the full syncroed top loader used up through 87, could be special ordered in a truck up through the early 90's I just recently found out.

First decision made. Got the EFI 302 for $400, complete dressed engine, ran when removed from scorched bronco is the story I got.

Ok so this 302 has the factory exhaust manifold on it, and I'm a fan of long tubes. I bought the bronco and the guy tossed in some long tubes I thought he said was for a small block. Has the exhaust ports or anything changed? I know the clutch pivot was deleted on the newer blocks, what about the heads n such?

I don't think so, I know I can bolt GT40's on my windsor(Carb'd) and use the old exhaust mani's so I'm gonna say no.
