Angry Fast Idle problems on '88 F150/302

I have replaced TPS, IAC, removed and cleaned throttle body, and changed over to all rubber vacuum lines but engine still idles around 1500-2000 rpm. What next? Intake gaskets? I also noticed (in a diagram) there is an additional vacuum tree under top intake. I heard of one guy plugging PVC hose and covering throttle body to see if engine died. If not there's a definite vacuum leak? would appreciate any help

What happens if you unplug the IAC?
