Default Power Stroke Filter on 460?

Forgive me if the question is absolutely dumb but. . .

The IDI guys like running the FL1995 oil filter since it adds a quart to the total capacity, my question is would this filter fit on the 460?

aside from a bigger oil pan what else could I look at to increase capacity? the end result desired from this is cooler oil temps, I've read where adding an oil cooler would actually reduce oil pressure, so I don't think I want to go that route, unless that's not the case or the drop in pressure is actually not that bad or worth being worried about

flush/clean the cooling system, install a new T-stat
lets keep the running temp down; this helps the oil (info on this site for flush & refill)
add an external cooler & YES if your engine is not internally tight the pressure will be lower with a cooler

tell us what you want to accomplish as in the type of driving your doing,
we dont know where your from; so you running in the swamp, hot sand, tall hills, slow go in the rocks, mall crawling

do you have an oil temp gauge and a pressure gauge??
