Default Tuning '86 460 to Pass Smog

I've got a Cali 460 (Holley 4180) in a RV. First run round 2 years ago and the baby flew through smog.
Now, with gas that is about 1.5-2.0 years old in it, a "pre-test" was fine except high CO and high idle (everything else was higher than 2 years ago, but passable).
I ran the sucker down to about 2 gallons of gas in it, filled, put 2 cans of SeaFoam in it and ran it about 40 miles highway.
Lowered the idle from 1200+ to 850.
Sound fine. Anything else I can do before bringing it in?

Don't use Seafoam, it's too hard on the cats. Use Techron.

Agree - drain the fuel, change the fuel filter, and try to find some non-ethanol gas.

You may need a new O2 sensor.

Had/have already run it out and filled with regular. No marine anywhere here. Up here in Northern California there seems be a little mischief going on by the state - a LOT of pre '99 smog machines are being locked out by the state and it's taking the shops weeks to get them fixed - IF they can, so I'm in limbo right now.

Did drain fuel - pretty much, vacuum tuned - sucker purrs.

No comp or O2 sensor.

Just a disconnected ERG valve - connected it to the only ported vacuum port I could find, and the Idle Tickler (High Idle Solenoid) is missing it's 12V switch, so I plugged the line, to get the idle to 850.
