Default Shoulder belts for a 75 F100

I know that shoulder belts were factory installed in 76. What I'm trying to find out is how to mount them on a 75. I just purchased one for my son to drive & would like the added safety of the shoulder strap. I know in 71-72, there is a nut in the b pillar to use as an anchor. My question is, is there one in the 75 b pillar & what might the measurements be to find it.
