Default 2150 Carburetor Rebuild Link

The 2100/2150 2bbl Carburetor's are one of the easiest carb's to rebuild, the kit's are readily available and the are one of the best 2bbl's for offroading. And you can rebuild one for cheaper then buying a reman'd one(believe me I've been through reman'd 2150 hell!!!)

This is a link for a 2bbl 2100/2150 rebuild in a .PDF file lots of pics and good info!

http://www.therangerstation.com/tech..._2150_carb.pdf

It also explains the difference between the 2100's and 2150's.

Happy Rebuilding!

Ken.

I know the 2150 well

for those that don't know & can aquire a 4bbl manifold and a 4bbl carb
you can improve your mpg's and have some added performance so long as you keep your foot out of it; and with gas prices at 3 dollars & change if ya got the stuff on the shelf or can get a manifold & carb for little to nothing; try it you'll be surprised, them front primary suck less than 400cfm compared to the 500+cfm of the 2100 series 2bbl

I have several old Carter 'Thermo Quad' (Dad loved that MoPar stuff) they have a mechanical link for the secondarys and with that disconnected you can improve your mpg's by up tp 5 mpg
