Default raptor build and price

just wanted to let folks know taht you can build and price your new raptor at kbb.com - i was suprised that its starting price was only about 3k more than a fx4

an unloaded gun is just an expensive paperwieght

you cant fix stupid - but remove warning labels and we can greatly reduce its main offenders !!

sounds pretty good so far. unfortunately, when i build mine on ford....it's pretty pricey...only cause if i would actually get one of these...it would need to have absolutely every option i'd want.

i noticed the raptor comes with the 5.5ft bed and not the 6.5ft bed....not sure i like that...

yea - pretty much the onl,y option i would add is the leather seats - i could care less about sync and stereo stuff - im gonna put my own in anyway - i mainly want the leather simply because its so much easier to clean dog hair off of from my lab - lol - the other niceties i can live with out - i noticed everything else i wanted is std - like power locks and windows

you'll just have to get a shorter girlfriend and leave the tailgate down when you 'cuddle' back there. otherwise shit is just gonna be flying out of there when you catch air off the bumps!

plus a longer truck isnt near as good off road - you tend to bottom out more in hte middle of the truck - ive noticed this on my going to the much longer f150 compared to my ranger - and it was bad compared to my bronco II !!

Well thanks Vin! I do hope however that they offer that motor as an option in the other F150 models.....would kinda suck for it to only be available in the Raptor.

Or, in Matt's case, the Focus!
