Default Need Help

I have a 89 F150 4x4 302 5.0 EFI. It just started to idle and run rough there is no real knock in the motor, still runs. I gave had to continually put coolant in it but there are no leaks that i can see and the oil seems fine, not milky. I drove it last night and it started running rough came to a stop it stalled couldnt get it going again. I got it home and now there is alot of white smoke coming from it. I am afraid that the block cracked or a blown headgasket. Alittle input wiuld be great. Please help. Thank You

Sounds like a blown head gasket. Do a compression test. The parts store has compression gages that are not that expensive.
