Default windshield and radio quit working

I started my truck up and the windshieldwipers and radio completely stopped, drove it home turned truck off, turned truck back on and they are now both working..any ideas?? thank you

well I guess its time to search for the grounds, im sure there has to be a few,thanks for the advise JSoco.

not sure where to do it for your application but you could start and add some ground wires

or make a 12ga wire with alligator clips to use as a test ground, just make sure to not connect to a painted surface
this could help with the trouble shooting

Burned wiper motor and blown radio fuse could be the culprit.

Weather could be a possible cause. But a ground does sound like the cause, I like to use a electrical grease to slow the corrosion down
