Default Ford Bronco 1994 XL Questions...

I bought a ford bronco 1994 XL in the last couple weeks and wanted to get yalls input on converting the old bronco mirrors with the wire mount on the door to the "newer" OEM Bronco mirrors. Would I need new doors completely or is there a way to cover the whole? Also I read that ford placed tamper proof bolt on the top to stop owners from taking it off. Is there a after market part that replaces the bolts and allows easier removal of the top? With the seatbelt being mounted on the top how would i get around that if there is a way. Thanks Im a new member so if i broke some unwritten rules I apologize.
