Default 7-way trailer harness

i need to install a 7-way plug on the expedition. truck already has the 4 pin plug and on the frame i see a extra 3-wire plug next to where the 4-pin plug is on the factory harness... im guessing there's a plug and play harness out there but cant find it, all i find is 4-pin...

my f150 and my dads dodge came with a 7 way plug, factory installed part of the extra tow package, none of them butt-connectors all plugin stuff... wondering where i can get a factory plug and play unit (if there is one) somewhere else besides the stealership
