Default Lightning Instrument Cluster Swap

I want to go to the 120 speedometer. Instead of swaping out the whole cluster, a Lightning for my 93 with tach, can I just swap out the speedometer. Does the Lightning tach have a higher reading tach? I forget. Whether the whole cluster or just speedo what other change will I have to make? The PSOM comes to mind. Finding a cluster in excellent shape is probably unlikely and I would bet you cannot get the speedo from Ford any more. Thanks in advance. Franklin

The posom should do it.
There have been people selling re calibrated 120 mph posoms. I know you can recalibrate for tire size but having enough adjustment to go to 120 MPG . not a clue .
As for condition any cluster can be cleaned up . Its the plastic outer that makes look bad .

Good luck

HA! HA! I'm a supporting member and you're not!
