Default Engine Temp Gauge

So one day i happend to look and my temp gauge stopped work and i cant find the sensor ive seen images on it but i cant quite locate it its a EFI 351 windsor help

It's on the front of the intake manifold, driver side. There is only one wire connected to it. To test the gauge itself, ground that wire, the gauge should peg all the way over past hot (do this with the key on but the engine NOT running). Lemme find a pic of where it's at for you....

This is of a performance intake manifold, but the location is the same. In this pictures it's on the bottom left.

it's in the same place as above on a carbed 351 & 302
