If you have a place for hog hunting.......I want to definitely come down hunting! I want to hog hunt but I'm not all about paying big $$$$$ for a trip.

Is hog season in year round there??? I heard GA, AL, MS, TX and parts of FL and TN were horribly over populated with them.

Lowriders are for guys who can't get it up!

I reckon you'll be out with the smokepole in the morning
run a couple of patches thur the barrel to make sure the barrel is clean and snap a couple of primers thru it before you load it up

Good Luck

seen hog sign at the spring behind the house back in September, I've checked several time since, nothing
I think they have moved over the ridge to where the corn fields are, nobody around here has cut there corn yet; or the hogs just don't like cold water, I can still see the mud rubs on the trees I'll get a photo, some are as high as you thigh

Yes hogs are considered varmints and all varmints can be hunted or trapped year round 24 hours a day no limit, and you can also bait them and use a light at night (Georgia)

I got a stand overlooking the spring

we have hogs on our property, not many, but each trip up we see some signs of some rooting down our driveway and on our back trail.

a friends property a little farther south than us is over run by hogs.

Weekend update: Got in my stand about 1 hr before daylight. Got settled in and heard a trot running down thru some tall grass/brush behind me. I had seen 2 does bedded down by the pond but didn't want to shoot that early. Anyhow, I look around the side of the tree to see what's coming (thinking does) and to my surprise it was a coyote the size of a huge german sheppard. This was the biggest one Ive seen for years. I grab my gun and this thing is gone in the blink of an eye.

I seen a doe coming down the trail but I think she caught the coyotes scent and was gone in a flash as well.

Sat evening: Got in stand and heard trotting again.....I was ready this time. Well.....this time it was a red fox. I had the sights on it just waiting for it to stop for a second to get a good shot. This damn thing NEVER stopped moving.....AT ALL! Right at the edge of being too dark to see, here came 2 does. They were about 100 yds away. They disappeared behind thick brush. I was hoping they would come down to the edge of the field where my stand is but never seen them again.

I will be hitting the woods tom evening but its getting dark early here. Wont have but about 45min-1hour to hunt. I can hook up a work light if I get one to skin it out though. We shall see..........as of now......no blood on the ground yet! Im getting discouraged!

I want to hog hunt........ I don't see any point in paying for a hunting trip for them when so many people have land and its being over run by them. Id like to find someone with an abundance of hogs and them let me hunt their property just for hogs. I could care less about any other game......I figure it would help them out by getting rid of them.

Too many landowners having issues with them in my opinion to pay for a trip to get one.
