Default P401 and p1131

ok I have changed the egr valve and dpfe last year still throwing the p0401 code I also cleaned the throttle body. what could still be making it throw the p0401.

this one has me a little confused. p1131 is another code I'm getting and everywhere I have been reading says it could be the mas air flow sensor needing to be cleaned. I was thinking it was the bank 1 sensor 1 that the o2 sensor was gone but would like clarification on this code.

Clean the MAF if you have not recently

When cleaning for the EGR code, did you check the elbow after the TB to make sure the ports after the egr were clean too and not blocked?

I meant where the EGR mounts to that elbow, the ports that go inside from that point. If I have to I'll find pictures

Have you seen the freeze frame from the P1131 code? Is it picking up at idle or higher RPM? I would be looking for a vacuum leak

If it is creating so much of problem and you are not able to solve it, so please consult with your mechanics.
