Another quick look under the truck does show two small skid plates but nothing compared to the nearly full coverage I remember on the F150.

There's only 2 skid plates that is mentioned in the 2011 brochure. A transfer case plate and the fuel tank plate.

Default Fx4

Believe it or not they do make an XLT FX4 with captains chairs. I did read that someone wanted those chairs with a center control arm. Mine has the column controller and captains chairs. I have looked for eight months for the one I wanted and finally drove her home. The price was absolutely sick and I could not find a better deal anywhere.
