Default 4.6 timing chain problems

im in need of HELP with my f150 trruck i changed the passenger side head gasket and when i took the head off the cam shaft got turned now its off time but the crankshaft and other head is in time what can i do any clues out there:

What year is your truck and what engine does it have?

If it's a 4.6 2 valve or 5.4 2 valve, here's the procedure:

Look online at https://www.autocodes.com/p207f.html They have videos of all sorts of repairs. There should be timing marks on the cam gear. Just not sure where to line them up.
