Default New to the group.

Hello there everyone,
I am new here and want to thank you all for having a place like this where I can find out more of the good and sometimes bad things that go with owning a Ford truck.
I have a new to me 2012 Ford F350 6.2L crewcab long box. This replaced the 2007 F250 5.4L crewcab long box that I bought 2 years ago to see if a full sized truck would fit my needs. At that time I got the 350 I also got rid of my Escape as I figured having 2 vehicles in the driveway when I can only drive one at a time didn't make too much sense.
Things I am interested in looking at/changing on the F350; back up camera, (for some reason it's harder for me to judge where the rear bumper is on the 350 vs the 250); rust protection, my truck came from the Alberta oil fields and hasn't had the easiest start to life; accessories, driving lights etc.
Oh also decent tires and suspension changes. I use my truck for carrying my dogs around and getting supplies for my home renovations, I like the size of the 350 but don't need something that can carry a maximum load everyday. And yes if I just needed space I could have gotten a van but have you driven a van?
Thanks, look forward to exploring the forum and learning lots.
Best regards.
