Default Kirker's Hot Rod Black

Im thinking about painting my truck with this paint. What i do know is thar its a single stage paint because its satin black basically. But what i need to know is what kind of primer to use for the body? I plan on using self etching on the bumpers as they are chrome. Will self etching be good for the body as well?

Sorry I didn't get a chance to text him. As soon as I got home from work I started working on a friends avalanche and then went out.
Maybe tomorrow..
