Default 93 F150 performance parts question

Hello, thanks for letting me join.
Iíve owned mustangs for 26 years, mosty fox bodies.
With that said Iíve acquired several good parts that should fit the F150.
Iím trying to figure out which intake I should go with or have to use.
Parts I have are Trick Flow heads, Comp rockers. Still have to get a cam.
Iíve got several nice Mustang style intakes, injectors, etc..
With these trucks being speed density, what issues will I run into?

I barely have service today, and didnít have time to search, if itís already been asked.
Thank You.

Only change so far is exhaust.

Remember, trucks need to be tuned differently than Mustangs. They are heavier, and need to be tuned for torque and not high end HP.

Also note that the 5 speed manual is a light duty Mazda box and can't handle much more power than the stock engine.

My goal would be sound and better performance without ripping gears.
I’ll check out that link.

Weak area is the input shaft bearings.
