Default Repeat, but need final opions on tires

OK, so Matt is probably getting sick of me asking these questions, as most of you already are. Sorry for asking again, but it's getting real close for me to buy tires and my budget is kinda small right now.

I am currently running my stock tires, Goodyear Wranglers, 275/65/18 on Moto Metal 958 rims, 18x9 with a 4.5" offset and a 2.5" level kit.

I had settled on Terra grapplers in 325/60/18. I know a lot of people don't like the grapplers, but they are fairly inexpensive right now @ $222 per tire.

I was gonna stay stock or even go up one more 285/65/18, but in some cases they more expensive than the 325s.

I pretty much want the biggest tire I can fit under there without ANY issues. I found some inexpensive 35s also, but I don't want any rubbing and I think there my be some with the different offset.

I am just sooooooooooooooooooooo thoroughly confused with everything, it's making my head hurt.

PlEaSe HeLp Me!!!

265/75/18's and they are Bridgestone Dueller A/T's. They have less than 8k miles on them

Taller than my stock ones, but slightly narrower. What were you looking for them?
