summit racing has some steel 16.5 wheels for 5x5.5... not much of a selection though...

I found the cragers at 4 wheel parts. Summit probably has the same ones.

Wheels, go custom, I ordered some from unique wheel co that are 5x4.5 16.5", I think 8" wide too. Works great for the military biasply's on the B2.

I believe about $80 a piece, it wasn't bad really. You could do the adapter method, hell I'm considering some spacers so my 37's wont rub the leaf springs anymore.

Thats typical, even the custom wheels I had were D windows, like Cragars.

I just spotted the thread. Bad. Ass. hahaha.
I want wheel spacers if the tires don't stick out as far as I want. My 31's barely stick out on my truck and on my friends ram which is considerably bigger that stick out a good 2 inches. The 5 to 8 bolt adapters are funny though and I read not very strong. The 5 bolt pattern gets in the way of the 8 lug patter and stuff gets all goofy.
I'll just have to look into the backspacing on 16.5 9.75 wheels. I think they are like 5" backspacing, not sure what that means with an almost 10 inch wheel.
