Talking Answering Russo's tire question...

Off the top of my head, the quickest easiest way to get the water out of an unmounted tire, would be to use a shop vac with the filter removed (and the bag if it uses one).

I was thinking shop vac.
and I prefer a .357, but that might defeat the whole purpose here eh?
