Post Leaking clutch slave cylinder

I can open up the inspection port and i see break fluid leaking from somewhere around the slave cylinder. it is a new clutch and it worked fine moving it to where it is now but it sat 9 months then started giving us trouble. could the seal just be dry? is there anyway to do anything without dropping the transmission?

if it's leaking around the hose inlet, there is an o ring you can replace. maybe the bleeder valve isn't threaded in all the way. other then that,.......get a 12 pack and get your creeper and floor jack.

It seems that the seals are already worn out. You may need to remove and replace clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Have it checked by a mechanic, just to be sure.
