STARTS THEN DIES WHEN IT WARMS UP then will not start again tell its cool

Sounds like an ignition module that dies when it gets hot.

changed that plus new fuel pump n filter air fiter sparks plugs cap rotor coolant sensor airintake sensor oil pressure sensor coolant switch maf sensor tfi module throttle position sensor water pump thermostate cleaned throttle body n idle contol n change selinoid changed oil radiator flush heater core change out voltage regulator change few things changed i could have missed

Default high pressure fuel pump

would a bad high pressure fuel pump cause my 89f150 5.0 302 to die after the truck warms up

Maybe. Test the fuel pressure.
