Default 1954 F100 Project Owner

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for letting me join the forum. My son and I have been working on a F100 for a couple years. We have it driving down the road so that's pretty awesome. It does have a Pontiac 400 motor and its time for it to go. We are going to most likely put in a 302 with a C6. Anyone have suggestions on the best headers to use. Right now the Pontiac headers have the linkage from the column to the steering box in a bit if a bind. Also it does have a Mustang II front end so I'm curious if any additional motor mounts will be needed on the frame side.

Sorry for all the questions right off the bat but I'm pretty sure there are a few people that already fought this battle.

Thanks in advance for helping.

Tom

Central Florida welcomes you to the club. You may want to re-post your questions in the forum that matches the year of your truck. Better chance of somebody being able to help you there. Good luck.
