Default new member question

Thanks to you members for having this forum. "Tin Man" has a 1974 ford F250 2x4, and is wondering if he purchases a 1974 F250 4x4 if the 4x4 components may be put into the 2x4 with a fair amount of ease. Thanks for letting me join so I could pose this question.
