Default Eaton Porting?

Being the frugal guy I am, I plan on pulling the charger off this winter, cleaning the intercooler as preventative maintenance, but I think maybe I should port the blower while I'm at it. I have access to a mill at work, just I dont particularly know how I should open up the ports.

Should I do it my self? Should I spend the money to have someone else do it and pay the freight back and forth too.

Well, you can talk to my guy Gary at G&S Performance Engines. He does some insane porting jobs. I've seen him work on a set of aluminum heads for a few days and when he finished, what a job dude, very detailed work. The guy is know for building fast engines. Most of them insanely high horsepowered strip engines. He also ported my heads. Here are a few pics of an engine he built that I recently got to watch race. I also have video of this car doing a wheel stand... pretty sick! Anyway this car with this engine is a 7 second monster. It don't get any better than that unless you got more money!

Here is a video that I took of his shop toy, I was deaf for about two weeks!
You will hear a dog barking and he actually never stops, if you crank it up
you can still hear the dog barking! This thing was pretty damn loud at idle!

Those guys have any contact via email so I can write them and they can get back to me whenever? All boils down to cost.

Yeah dude,

Gary

He has an email address but in my opinion, you should give him a call and discuss things that way. Be sure to tell you are a member of FTC. I'll be swinging by there this week, I'll give him the heads up.
