Default Turn signal issues 79 F100

When I start the truck all 4 turn signals blinking on the outside. When I turn on the headlights or just the park lights, they stop. Rear passenger side does not blink when I use right turn signal. Driver's side front & rear solid when i use left turn signal. Also solid on driver's side when i apply brakes. Any ideas???

You should have 2 flashers - one for the turn signals and one for the 4 ways. Pull the 4 way flasher, what happens now? (Make sure that the button for the 4 ways isn't stuck down)

Ultimately, it sounds like you have a wiring and/or grounding issue. Good luck, electrical issues like this on a 40 year old truck are no fun to chase.
