the green wire in that picture was added later to the outside of the original bundle and is serving as ground. The second and third pictures are each end of the plug that I cut off and replaced with a flat 4.

OK, finally got the basics to work! Referring back to the pictures I posted on the last page, specifically the top one, the blue, black and red wires are not being used. I spliced on a flat 4 plug using the brown (right turn/brake), yellow (tail lights), orange (left turn/ brake), & green (ground). Also, I had the wheel bearings replaced and had to replace a rim that wasn't the right size and wore out the studs (which also had to be replaced!).

Hay BigT, good call on the bearings, I'm surprised I did'nt mention that, as that and proper tire inflation is a subject that I run into the ground around here.

Good Luck and enjoy your time away from Home

some may have seperate break and turn my 91 cutaway has them and had to wire with the addtaper. But your problem was with the running lights as I read through this and that would not be a problem here. check for a good ground can not depend on the hitch to transfer through also check blubs with a battery to see that they are good.
