its made from 1.5" OD .25" wall DOM tube, there is an extra bend for a dodge which made the bar too long, i cut the bend out and shortened to the length i needed, then to join the pieces together i sleeved it with a piece of 1" solid bar and welded it all together...

the slight bend is on the side with the heim joint..

here you can see the bend around the pumpkin, and the weld about 6 inches up from the joint
