Smile Transmission leak

I am a new member I have a question I have been losing transmission would very rapidly I cannot get the fill plug broken loose on the transfer case on my F2 50 super duty Ford four-wheel-drive any suggestions on where the fluid is going and how to get this plug out transmission has been replaced 40,000 miles ago
